At Active (Active Flow Ltd), we consider making our digital services accessible a core value, and we work to enable the entire population — including people with disabilities — to use our website and platform in an equal, dignified, independent, and safe manner.

1. Commitment to accessibility

We work to bring this website into compliance with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, in accordance with Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the international WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines at Level AA.

2. Accessibility features on this site

• Accessibility widget — every page of the site includes an embedded accessibility widget that enables display, contrast, and text-size adjustments.
• Keyboard navigation — the entire site can be navigated using the keyboard alone (the Tab key to move between elements and Enter to activate them).
• Alternative text — images on the site have alternative text (alt) defined for screen readers.
• Reduced-motion support — the site honors the system's reduced motion setting and presents a reduced-motion alternative to animations.
• Focus states — interactive elements display a clear focus indicator during keyboard navigation.

3. Known limitations

Some pages on the site include cinematic scroll-driven sections. These sections have a reduced-motion alternative that is activated automatically when a reduced motion preference is set in the operating system. If you encounter an element that is not accessible to you, please let us know and we will address it as soon as possible.

4. Platform (application) accessibility

The Active platform itself, available at app.activeflow-crm.com, is undergoing a continuous process of accessibility improvement, and we work on an ongoing basis to implement additional accessibility adjustments in it.
